The vote recount process in Kosovo is expected to be concluded today, CEC spokesperson Valmir Elezi announced.
According to him, so far the recount of the vast majority of polling stations has been completed, while 143 polling stations remain to be recounted.
“From the beginning of this process on January 13th until the end of Thursday, January 29th, around 95 percent of polling stations have been recounted, respectively 2,414 out of a total of 2,557 polling stations,” Elezi declared.
He explained that the remaining 143 polling stations belong to the last four municipalities that were included in this process, namely Pristina, Podujevo, Suhareka and Shterpce.
According to him, the recount of these polling stations is expected to be completed within today, thus marking the complete conclusion of this process.
